What will the Constitutional Court decide about "Diella"?

Members of the Constitutional Court have withdrawn to make a decision on the lawsuit filed by Democratic Party deputies against Minister Diella, who is an artificial intelligence chatbot that was included "in the cabinet" for the first time by Edi Rama.

The hearing took place this Tuesday and at around 4:00 PM, the jury retired for a decision.

But it is not expected to be announced today, but at a later date.

One-fifth of the Democratic Party's deputies have addressed the Constitutional Court, claiming that the President of the Republic has violated the Constitution by appointing a minister who, according to them, does not meet the conditions and qualities necessary to exercise this function.

The deputies demand the repeal of several provisions of the presidential decrees for the appointment of the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers, considering them incompatible with the Constitution of the Republic of Albania.
