PARLIAMENT

The majority and the opposition voted with 81 votes in favor of the law on the cancellation of fines, for the period January 1, 2015 - November 30, 2024.

-Normative Act No. 4, dated 27.11.2024 "On an addition to Law No. 29/2023 "On Income Tax", as amended Approved: 76 in favor, 0 against, 0 abstentions  

-Draft law "On the ratification of the framework loan agreement between the Republic of Albania and the Council of Europe Development Bank for the financing of the project "Smart Labs - digitalization of the Albanian education system". Approved: 72 in favor, 8 against, 0 abstentions  

-Draft law "On the ratification of the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters". Approved: 81 in favor, 8 in favor and 8 DP deputies

-Draft law "On some additions and amendments to law no. 10 091, dated 5.3.2009, "On statutory audit, organization of the profession of statutory auditor and certified accountant", as amended. Approved: 74 in favor, 5 against

-Draft law "On the cancellation of administrative measures". Approved: 81 votes in favor
