The fight in the Parliament today was between the Democrats. The leader of the DP parliamentary group, Gazment Bardhi, was involved in a debate with the independent MP Agron Shehaj.

The latter blocked the rostrum for almost two hours and did not allow either the majority or the opposition members to speak.

Even after attempts and requests from colleagues, he still refused to vacate the podium, even after being expelled from the session. "You are becoming a servant of these people," Bardhi says to Shehaj after the session is adjourned.

Shehaj reminded Bardhi of the fact that he was at the DP headquarters, at that time alongside Lulzim Basha, when the Democrats, on January 8, 2022, were beaten as they tried to enter the building. "You beat the Democrats, you beat them," Shehaj is heard saying to Bardhi.
