The Parliament is holding a plenary session today, where the agenda includes an interpellation with the Minister of Tourism and Environment, Mirela Kumbaro, requested by MP Ina Zhupa regarding the implementation of the law on Protected Areas.

The Assembly will also review Normative Act No. 4, dated 27.11.2024 "On an addition to Law No. 29/2023 "On Income Tax", as amended.

Today's session will also discuss the draft law "On the ratification of the framework loan agreement between the Republic of Albania and the Council of Europe Development Bank for the financing of the project "Smart Labs - digitalization of the Albanian education system"".

Also today, the draft law "On the ratification of the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments in Civil or Commercial Matters" will be reviewed.

The Assembly will also consider the draft law "On the ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Criminal Offences Relating to Cultural Property, done in Nicosia on 19.5.2017".

The draft law "On the Protection of Personal Data" will also be discussed today.

The Parliament will also discuss the draft law "On the organization and functioning of the Reserve Force in the Republic of Albania".

Today, the draft law "On some additions and amendments to law no. 10 091, dated 5.3.2009, "On statutory audit, organization of the profession of statutory auditor and approved accountant", as amended, will also be discussed.

Also on the agenda is the draft law "On the cancellation of administrative measures".

The Assembly will also review the draft law "On some additions and amendments to law no. 7975, dated 26.7.1995, "On narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances", as amended.

Also on the agenda for discussion is the draft law "On some additions and amendments to Law No. 81/2020 "On the rights and treatment of prisoners and detainees".

The Assembly also has on its agenda today the draft decision “On some additions and amendments to the Assembly decision no. 92/2017 “On the approval of the organizational structure, staff structure and salary classification of the personnel of the Special Appeals Chamber”, as amended, as well as the draft decision “On the establishment of the Special Parliamentary Committee for the Drafting of the “Pact for Children” Reform”.
