The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party and at the same time the chairman of the FRPD, Belind Këlliçi has sued today in the Court of Tirana the activist Evi Kokalari for her slanders and insults against him through posts on social networks and telephone messages distributed by her.

From the day when Këlliçi elected them as the most voted member of the DP Presidency, there has been a constant attack from Kokalari, who accuses him of being a "clan" within the DP and it is alleged that the day when Këlliçi ran for the post of deputy chairman of the party, she has distributed messages to members of the National Council against him.

In a post on social networks, Këlliçi says that Kokalari has made a mess of him and the FRPD that he leads, but adds further that I have climbed the mountain of politics together with the youth of FRPD, in many door-to-door campaigns, hundreds of hundreds of protests against the government, and I will continue with them side by side like the first day.

He demands 10 million old lek compensation from Kokalari and declares that he will spend the compensation money grain by grain as a donation for the FRPD youth, through a training and educational module for hate speech, fake news and public lynching.

For many days, publicly, I have been attacked by Ms. Evis Kokalari, with more lynching language than that of our political opponents. Many of the most absurd accusations have been made against me, which remain in the mouth of Mrs. Kokalari and on her Facebook page.

Knowing inwardly the political situation in the Democratic Party and our difficult journey to emerge from the clashes of recent months, I have remained silent to give space to Ms. Kokalari to give voice to all the anger, jealousy and hatred for young people in the Democratic Party.

This attack is not sudden. It has been prepared since the time when in the Lectures initiated by Doctor Berisha, except Mrs. Kokalari, FRPD youth were positioned; among them me too.

I have chosen not to respond with "dazibao" accusations and Facebook comments, so today, in the court of the Tirana Judicial District, I filed a lawsuit against the person in question, for defamation, insults and phone messages distributed by her.

Shi me baltë nuk ka! Ka shi që dheun e bën baltë, dhe Zj. Kokalari e ka bërë baltë ndaj personit tim dhe FRPD që unë drejtoj, duke e cilësuar "klan" brenda PD.

Maloren e politikës, unë Belind Këlliçi, e kam ngjitur sëbashku me të rinjtë e FRPD, në shumë fushata derë më derë, qindra e qindra protesta kundër qeverisë, dhe do të vazhdoj me ta krah për krahu si ditën e parë.

Këto akuza nuk më japin aspak dhimbjen e dhunës së ushtruar ndaj nesh komisariateve të policisë e nuk janë gas lotsjellës që të lotoj prej tyre, mirëpo i kam përjetuar të gjitha me jo pak mërzi, por gjithnjë brenda pritshmërive politike.

Zj. Kokalari iu desh kohë për të më goditur me disa prej akuzave dhe shpifjeve të përdorura nga socialistët kundrejt meje.

Nuk është rastësi që këto etiketime janë hedhur në qarkullim fillimisht nga Erion Veliaj përpara dhe gjatë fushatës elektorale për zgjedhjet e 25 prillit. Kryebashkiakun unë e luftoj politikisht para dhe pas Foltores, ndërkohë që akuzuesja ime i është publikisht mirënjohëse për gadishmërinë ndaj fondacionit të saj!

Zj. Kokalari kërkon të jetë etaloni i konservatorizmit në Partinë Demokratike. Kjo është e drejta e saj.

Unë kërkoj një Parti Demokratike për të gjithë, ku anëtarët të shprehen lirshëm, pa u druajtur se do të kalojnë në sitën e zonjës. Po këto janë opinione politike, të cilat ne mund t'i zgjidhim pa përdorur gjuhën e urrejtjes ndaj mendimit ndryshe dhe pa ndërmarrë fushata linçuese ndaj njëri-tjetrit, sepse demokratët janë lodhur nga sherrnaja.

Tashmë Zj. Kokalari ka barrën të faktojë në gjykatë çdo të thënë të saj kundrejt Belind Këlliçit dhe FRPD. Bujrum të vijë dhe të faktojë qoftë dhe një akuzë të vetme!

Për të gjitha akuzat, fyerjet, mesazhet telefonike dhe nxitjen për fyerje dhe linçim ndaj meje dhe FRPD, në vigjilje të Ditës Botërore Kundër Gjuhës së Urrejtjes, sot e padita Zj. Kokalari dhe i kërkova gjykatës dëmshpërblim.

Paratë e dëmshpërblimit do t'i shpenzoj kokërr më kokërr si donacion për të rinjtë e FRPD, nëpërmjet një moduli trajnues dhe edukues për gjuhën e urrejtjes, fake news dhe linçimin publik.
