The citizen in question asked for information on the persecution that was done to him by the State Security, while what was then interpreted with the initials IM was the debate that connected him with the former President.

The Chairperson of the Files Authority, Genta Sula, asked for legal changes, while starting from this case, the Assembly, through a resolution, asks the Authority for Information on Former State Insurance Documents to make public the list of former state insurances.

"The Assembly requests that the Authority for Information on Former State Insurance Documents for 2022 commits itself in the following directions: to publish on the official website of the Authority, as far as is allowed by the legal framework, the list of individuals who have turned out to be collaborators of the former State Security and who are part of the public administration", it is stated in the resolution for the evaluation of the Authority of Files.

The Assembly appreciates the activity of the Information Authority for signing the cooperation agreement with the General Directorate of the State Police to guarantee the implementation of a regular legal process, in order to identify and recover the bodies of those who disappeared or were executed during communism. .

The resolution also mentions:

"The escalation of the Authority's activity with the development of inter-institutional tables regarding the drafting of by-laws that will define the responsible authorities and the way of protection and preservation of identified or suspected burial sites.

Also, the Assembly requests that the Authority for Information on Former State Security Documents for 2022 engage in the following directions: Continue the commitment to draft the by-law, which will determine the responsible authorities and the way to protect and preserve identified or suspected burial sites, contributing to the definition of the tasks of AIDSSH in this process, but also more broadly, within the framework of cooperation with other central and local state institutions.

The authority of the files is requested to continue the efforts for the delivery of the documents of the former State Security from the Archive of the System of the Ministry of the Interior, within the framework of cooperation and coordination of work with public authorities and archives for the implementation of legal obligations.

Të intensifikojë bashkëpunimet me institucionet qeveritare për qartësimin e fatit të të zhdukurve në komunizëm, në komunikimin me familjet, grupet e interesit, pushtetin lokal, organizatat ndërkombëtare. Të intensifikojë punën për deklasifikimin e dosjeve, duke përjashtuar ato që cenojnë sigurinë kombëtare dhe të vijojë me digjitalizimin e tyre”.

Kuvendi kërkon që Autoriteti për Informimin mbi Dokumentet e ish-Sigurimit të Shtetit për vitin 2022 të angazhohet në këto drejtime:

Të vijojë angazhimin për hartimin e draftit të aktit nënligjor, i cili do të përcaktojë autoritetet përgjegjëse dhe mënyrën e mbrojtjes dhe ruajtjes së vendvarrimeve të identifikuara ose të dyshuara, duke dhënë kontribut në përcaktimin e detyrave të AIDSSH- së në këtë proces, por edhe më gjerë, në kuadër të bashkëpunimit me institucionet e tjera shtetërore qendrore dhe vendore;

Të vijojë përpjekjet për dorëzimin e dokumenteve të ish-Sigurimit të Shtetit nga Arkivi i Sistemit të Ministrisë së Brendshme, në kuadër të bashkëpunimit dhe bashkërendimit të punës me autoritetet publike dhe arkivat për zbatimin e detyrimeve ligjore’

Të intensifikojë bashkëpunimet me institucionet qeveritare për qartësimin e fatit të të zhdukurve në komunizëm, në komunikimin me familjet, grupet e interesit, pushtetin lokal, organizatat ndërkombëtare;

Të bëjë funksional sistemin e arkivit digjital për lehtësim të procesit të kërkimit dhe konsultimit me dokumentet arkivore sipas standardeve ndërkombëtare;

Të bashkëpunojë ngushtë me ISKK-në sa i takon shfrytëzimit të dokumentacionit arkivor sipas parashikimeve ligjore, me qëllim garantimin e mundësisë për shqyrtimin e dokumenteve nga ana e studiuesve, duke mbështetur kërkimin shkencor gjatë rishqyrtimit historik të veprimtarisë së ish-Sigurimit të Shtetit;

Të intensifikojë bashkëpunimin me institucione homologe të huaja, me qëllim përthithjen e eksperiencave më të mira nga veprimtaria e tyre;

Të intensifikojë punën për deklasifikimin e dosjeve, duke përjashtuar ato që cenojnë sigurinë kombëtare dhe të vijojë me digjitalizimin e tyre;
