DUI leader Ali Ahmeti spoke about a phrase that was reported in the media near Sali Berisha that Edi Rama said at the Ohrid summit that "he will overthrow Albin Kurti from power within September."

Ali Ahmeti was present at this summit and says that this is not absolutely true.

“Jo asesi. This was not this conversation at all " , - Ahmeti denied this statement in the show Pressing on T7.

"Edi Rama has expressed concern in front of me. He wanted to get closer to the authorities in Kosovo to explain to clarify things better. Not imposing, but clarifiable.

The Open Balkans Initiative is not binding on the parties. Montenegro and Bosnia were like observers. Significant agreements were signed.

What does Kosovo lose if it participates in the initiative with its own flag. Participates as equals. Equal among equals. Accepts bargain deals.

He does not accept what does not suit him. I have not heard any valid argument. They say that Serbia will dominate the market. But in Serbia they are all foreign investments brother. "German, French, Turkish foreign investments and so on," he added.

Ahmeti also told what he talked about the "Open Balkans" with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic and the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama at the Ohrid Summit.

Ahmeti is known as a supporter of this initiative, but adds that he had his reservations about this issue.

"I told both Edi Rama and Aleksandar Vucic in the meeting. The Montenegrin representative was also there. I told them: “You have taken over this issue. What do you want to achieve?

I also want to end the wait at the border, but I have understood this initiative differently. This is a mission that leads to the reconciliation of the Western Balkans region.

Until World War II, there were religious wars. The war that ended peace was World War I. If you have embarked on this path to end the war, I am in front of you. Because that's how I understood it.

Vucic told me: 'Mr. Ahmeti, you will try us in a year'. I came back from Edi. He told me: 'I have nothing to add'. "After a year, the fruits will be seen," said Ahmeti, who insisted that Kosovo should continue the dialogue with Serbia.
