The candidate of the Socialist Party for the municipality of Cologne, Erion Isai, was shot at midnight last night in the village of Qinam. It is learned that Isai was driving his vehicle when he was physically attacked by a sympathizer of the Berisha-Meta coalition.

He was stopped on the street and then beaten. There was no intervention by Isai's companions, but the police who accompanied the aggressor Esmerald Kacolli were notified.
