What happened in the North on September 24, for Sali Berisha, was a terrorist act by Serbia, but which had "a background prepared by Edi Rama and the Serbian president, Aleksandër Vucic."
In the weekly conference with journalists, the head of "Reestablishment", citing sources from the United Nations, stated that a non-public meeting was held in the halls of this headquarters in New York.
In this meeting, as Berisha stated, two prime ministers besides the one of Serbia met and requests were made that the municipalities with a Serbian majority in the north of Kosovo be placed under the control of KFOR.
As he points out that the sources did not give him specific names, Berisha explains why the name of the head of the government can be revealed.
"Why does Edi Rama come out, you say? Edi Rama says that on September 24, at 11 o'clock, as soon as the murder of the policeman in the line of duty became known, Edi Rama ran as fast as he could to demand the international conference on Kosovo".
The former prime minister repeated the position held earlier that Prime Minister Rama's only goal is the same as that of Vucic; the division of Kosovo between Albania and Serbia.
