Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha has requested the exclusion of constitutional judge Marsida Xhaferllari from the session of November 19, claiming that she has a conflict of interest.

According to Berisha, Xhaferllari should be excluded as she is the wife of Enkelejd Alibeaj , with whom Berisha had a political clash.

On November 19, the Constitutional Court is expected to consider Berisha's appeal against the measure of obligation to appear imposed on him by SPAK.

According to Berisha's defense team, this measure is considered unconstitutional as SPAK should have requested authorization from the Assembly, because the measure includes the restriction of its freedoms.
