A ray of light for the return of free voting in Albania, Sali Berisha praised the primaries process that is being developed throughout the country, from which the opposition candidates will emerge who will compete in the local elections on May 14.
In his speech after casting his vote for the Tirana candidate, the leader of the DP once again accused Edi Rama of having killed the free vote and described the primaries as an important day for the further opening of the party.
" A big day for DP. It is a great day for Albanian democracy. Tens of thousands of members vote for the first citizen of the municipality. This is an important development, especially the importance becomes greater since the free vote has a ferocious enemy in Albania, an enemy that elaborated and developed the mechanisms of its plunder. An enemy who drove the vote from his party and transformed it into the SP, returned it to its origins as a party without a vote. SP votes as a mafia community. Edi Rama is the only one in Europe who has excluded the free vote from the party. In this context, this development is a ray of hope for its restoration in Albania", said Berisha.
But it seems that Sali Berisha has withdrawn from holding the protest on the 'Dëshmorët e Kombit' Boulevard.
" There is no road that can be blocked except for the area where they gather, which we have no intention of doing, we are more interested in the security of the European leadership, we are everywhere masters of the city in other areas, woe to Rama and Cuci, the democrats protest in the city in square, but they know well that the source of the blacks is in Surrel. The blacks of this country originate there. If the police are ordered to face the opposition, they are wrong, the opposition has no battle it doesn't win ," said Berisha.
