The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, accused today in front of the Special Prosecution Office that the institution that is supposed to fight organized crime is in reality functioning as its ally.

In a statement to the media, Berisha accused senior SPAK leaders, including its leader Altin Dumani, whom he ironically called "Altin Troplini", of direct collaboration with drug cartels operating inside and outside Albanian territory.

But Berisha did not spare accusations against Prime Minister Rama regarding his summer attacks on a prosecutor and a judge, attacks about which, according to him, the two highest justice institutions in the country, the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, did not say a single word.

And starting from this "grave silence", as Berisha called it, the opposition leader directed the arrow of accusations at the leaders of the institutions, especially towards Naureida Llagami.

Berisha accused that "the Llagami High Court is defending Irena Gjoka with three criminal offenses, which is the case, where she is an ordinary lawbreaker, who is punishable for the fraud she committed in the asset declaration form, and has deceived in the vetting of her assets."

"Secondly, you saw, Edi Rama attacked with the greatest ferocity a prosecutor with the surname Gjeli, who had absolutely implemented point by point what was required in the Shkodra police report.

And after prosecutor Gjeli, who left no stone unturned in her case, another judge, if I'm not mistaken, Balliu by name, was attacked for the sole reason that this judge, with a strong legal background, had implemented the government's decision point by point.

This judge, in accordance with the decision, which recognized the lawbreaker's right of preemption with Edi Rama's signature, had imposed the security measure, because Edi Rama, despite his impudence, demanded that the judge maintain two standards, once to implement it and once not to implement it.

Now this one, he rushes to the judge, a young man, with the words of an ordinary person, not a prime minister, not impudent, not this and that.

Did you hear two savage attacks, did you hear a single word from the two main justice institutions, which were supposed to protect these individuals because they had enforced the law.

Not a word, dead silence. While I denounced the connections to Altin Troplini's crime, they issued kilometers of statements in defense of Gjoka or Troplini.

Meanwhile, the Llagami High Court defends Irena Gjoka with three criminal offenses, which is the place where she is an ordinary lawbreaker, who is punishable for the fraud she committed in the asset declaration form, having deceived in the vetting of her assets.

Can you imagine how Irena with 5 surnames justified the property? In accordance with Article 830 of the Civil Code, I took this loan from my husband's ex-wife. However, Article 830 is an article from 2015. The loan was taken in 1996.

So, before this gross fraud, the Supreme Court of Justice, instead of making a decision immediately, does not make any decision, and sentenced to prison, de facto she is not a judge. De facto she is an extralegal judge. De facto and de jure none of her decisions have any value. She continues and has opened a criminal case.

This Troplini who was decorated today by Elvis Doçi has opened an unnamed criminal case to protect him. So what is missing there when the documents clarify that she referred to article 830 of the 2015 civil code for a 1996 contract? For the whole world, except Altin Troplini, this is fraud.

What happens when the court of Ioannina, with an apostille stamp, claims that she is sentenced to 3 months in prison, with the name and surname Irena with 3 surnames and Altin Troplini says I need documents. The apostille stamp for everyone, except for Altin Troplini, is a legal, official document. But he will protect it at all costs, dear.

He will defend them as accomplices in crime. This is a shameful act, this is the true face of this system.

It is a procedure, I believe you understand that. I said it here two weeks ago that it has nothing to do with individuals. No, there is no issue with individuals.

There is a matter of principle there. Because a man, Edi Rama, as you know, after the DP's departure from parliament, has introduced an unconstitutional article into the laws.

Article that allows, authorizes, the head of Skapi to record the phones of the judges to whom he sends the files. De facto those three judges, and not only them, but all the judges of the special court at both levels, are in the complete control of Altin Troplini.

This is the whole thing and this does not happen in the world. My effort is to restore those international standards of justice. Of course, that decision, due to the requirements of international law, will follow its course. And then it will be appealed there. But it can never be accepted that such a thing cannot be accepted.

"It is unacceptable for the prosecutor to record the phone of the judge who is sending him the file. There is no such principle. That is why he says so in his mind. Let's solve the problems," said Berisha.
