Ledio Braho has been appointed as the relator for Sali Berisha's appeal, after the draw by the Appeals and Sanctions Commission.

Berisha has appealed to KAS the decision given the day before by the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, who did not legitimize him as the head of the DP for the May 14 elections. The complaint was signed by Sali Berisha himself as the chairman of the DP. 

It is worth noting that Ledio Braho's name was proposed by Enkelejd Alibeaj's group for the position of People's Advocate, but his candidacy was rejected by the majority.
