After being expelled from Parliament, the leader of the Opportunity Party, Agron Shehaj, has exploded in criticism against the opposition, saying that it is necessary to decide what the stance will be in the face of justice.
During a statement to journalists, Shehaj said that he is in favor of coordinating opposition action, but that a double stance on justice cannot be maintained.
He stated that one cannot take a position in favor of justice when it is convenient and against it when it is not in their interest.
Shehaj: The opposition can be coordinated, but it must be done with one principle, we are for justice and against corruption.
We are for justice regardless of who is investigated or goes to court. We are not for justice when we care and against it when we don't care.
We are not saying that Dumani, who is Edi Rama's puppet, and Rama are asking him to fire Belinda Balluku. It doesn't work that way, it's either one or the other.
We are absolutely for coordination. But we need to divide it, are we for justice, against corruption or are we for justice when we want it and are we against justice when we are no longer interested.
