The Chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, arrived at SPAK around 9:00.
The leading democrat was questioned by prosecutors about the January 21 case.
He was seen crossing the threshold of the prosecutor's office, holding a file in his hand, while being accompanied by a bodyguard.
After about two hours at SPAK , Berisha declared to journalists: I was asked what happened on January 21. This non-call speaks more than anything else, this non-call was because Edi Rama organized the most violent protest. He had a clear agenda of violence. This statement became the reason for me not to be called for a dramatic event that took the lives of 4 demonstrators and injured more than 100 officers. There was no shooting from inside the prime minister's office .
