As VoxNews.al announced yesterday, in order to be voted today in the Assembly as the new head of state, Bjram Begaj must first be dismissed by President Ilir Meta from the post of Chief of General Staff of the Forces Armed Forces, as well as to be removed from the rank of Major General by passing to the general on release.
