Artef Leka, who had been internationally wanted since December 2021, has been extradited from Brazil to Albania.

According to media reports, 67-year-old Leka was convicted by the Shkodra Court for the criminal offense of "Forced sexual intercourse with a minor, attempted".

After the completion of extradition procedures, he is expected to be handed over to Albanian authorities to serve the sentence imposed by Albanian justice.

So far, the State Police has not issued an official response regarding the case.
