An Albanian citizen living abroad participated in the 127th protest against the government and Prime Minister Edi Rama, calling for broader citizen participation in the protests that have been taking place for more than four months.

"I came from the Diaspora. Albania is in danger and we will continue to stay and come," she said during the protest.

The protester said that the purpose of her participation is to raise awareness among citizens, while she leveled accusations against the government for the way the country is being run.

"What more needs to happen for it to be understood that this government is destroying the future?" she declared.

The 127th protest took place after more than four months of resistance, while organizers have warned of the continuation of the action.
