Skerdi Tase/ Fatmir Xhindi

The next hearing for the " Golden Bullet " case is taking place at the GJKKO.

Associate Justice Skerdi Tase is being questioned by the lawyers of the other defendants.

During the hearing,  Petrit Qoli , one of the defendants, asked Skerdi Tase several questions , one of which asked him if he was the person who shot at the then MP,  Fatmir Xhindi .

The former SP MP was murdered in 2009 near his home and the incident is still unsolved.

Petrit Qoli , asks Tasen:  "Are you the person who shot MP Fatmir Xhindi? Because you said that all the people you shot were at a distance of 5m, and Xhindi was killed from that distance? Do you see well with your eyes near and far, because I, for example, can't see either near or far, and you have never shot at a target, how could it be possible? ". Meanwhile, after this question, the Court refused Tase's answer to the questions.
