An incredible aesthetic transformation has made the rounds on the internet, leaving millions speechless. A 70-year-old woman from the US has gone viral after a "facelift" procedure radically changed her appearance, making her look a decade younger.

Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Carl Truesdale posted his patient's "before and after" moments on TikTok, sparking a storm of online reactions. The video has racked up over 12 million views and continues to be shared massively.

In the pre-surgery footage, the woman appears emotional, holding back tears:

“I'm very happy, very grateful… I can't wait,” she says.

Just a month later, the change is drastic. With a taut and much more youthful face, she bursts into enthusiasm:

"It's unbelievable! He told me he would take 30 years off my life and he kept his word. When they ask me how old I am, I'll say 40. I went through Truesdale's 'time machine.'"

There has been no shortage of comments, with users describing the result as "the most natural facelift they have ever seen."

"It doesn't look artificial at all," writes one follower, while another adds: "He's a miracle worker!"

Dr. Truesdale, who has over 157,000 followers on TikTok and hundreds of thousands of subscribers on YouTube, is known for his approach that aims for the most natural results possible, through surgical and non-surgical procedures that rejuvenate the appearance of the face.

This isn't the first time he's gone viral. He previously performed a sensational transformation for his mother, Linda, who at age 68 underwent several procedures over the course of a year - including a face and neck lift, as well as injections to restore lost volume.

Despite criticism for operating on a family member, the surgeon defended his decision:

“Cosmetic surgery is not about necessity, but about feeling good about yourself. If it improves your quality of life, then it's worth it.”
