Rapper PnB Rock has been shot suddenly while having dinner with his girlfriend at a 'Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles' restaurant. A video to TMZ shows the rapper fighting for his life.

Employees of the restaurant were in a state of panic as the rapper lay on the floor. Law enforcement sources say they received a call at the restaurant at 1:23 p.m. about an injured person.

The video shows Roku still moving, but is said to be in mortal danger.

"We don't have any information yet on the shooter, but we do know that PnB was there having dinner with his girlfriend, Steph, who posted a photo of their meal," a source told TMZ.

"It appears that the attacker was targeting PnB, because no one else was shot or attacked, and there were many people eating inside the restaurant," they added.

The source added that it appears the attacker removed the jewelery from PnB and then left. PnB had previously posted a video of himself wearing some diamond/silver chains.

It is said that there are surveillance cameras inside the restaurant, so it may help the police to catch the attacker.

Rock is originally from Philly, but calls LA his home. He released his debut mixtape in June 2014, and in 2015 signed a record deal with Atlantic Records. In 2016, Rolling Stone listed PnB on its list of "10 New Artists You Should Know".
