Irini Kakacaj: Yes. It is a psychological, stressful plan that will bring... because normally people are in a very bad economic situation and do not know how to control it, but foreigners come to give an opinion to Albania. We don't need any foreigner. Albania will go higher and higher and I don't want the Albanians to be stressed. Do not allow these politicians to seize the chair that has become like bread and cheese to destroy the souls of the Albanian people and the spirit of every human sweat.
