Many well-known names of Albanian showbiz have commented a lot about aesthetic interventions with silicone and botox, but according to doctor Anisa Begaj, silicone is prohibited by law.

The doctor explains that silicone has many negative effects which he understands after a few years.

"In the beginning, you are satisfied when you see the effects of the volume, but after a few years, infections, asymmetry in the lips or cheekbones are noticed and the only way to eliminate them, and not totally, is surgery, therefore it is forbidden by law to use them" he said she in the show "New Day".

In Albania they still confuse botox with silicone. Aesthetic doctor Anisa Begaj says: "With Botox, the lips are not swollen, but facial wrinkles are simply eliminated"
