At the request of the Special Prosecution, a security measure of 'prison arrest' has been signed against Mayor Erion Veliaj, while a measure of 'house arrest' has been imposed on his wife, Ajola Xoxa.

But the security measure has not been executed, as it is learned that Erion Veliaj's wife, Ajola Xoxa, has been abroad for two days, specifically in Rome.

We recall that in December the Special Prosecution Office seized the phone of Veliaj's wife, Ajola Xoxa, and searched the premises of the "Harabel" center and "Nan Gallery", founded by her.

Security measures are also in place for Gentian Sula, Meriman Palushi, Fatmir Bektashi, Sokol Kryeziu and Shkëlqim Fusha .
