Kledi Kadiu confesses about his son's condition: He needs a person to help

Kledi Kadiu gave an interview to the Italian magazine Diva e Donna, where he talked about his career, family and future, among other things.

Excerpt from the article:

Kledi Kadiu never left the dance. Not even now that he has turned 50 years old. In his schools, "Kledi Dance" continues to do this, to teach every month with his courses, with his master classes. Then there is the television that wants him, and according to Diva e Donna, he will return to the screen to dance with actress Geppi Cucciari.

He calls her a perfectionist.

A characteristic that young dancers seem to lack today. "Today they are a little apathetic. They are not "hungry". When my classmates and I entered the rehearsal room at their age, we immediately began to do exercises, and the teacher found us already sweating. Today, when I come in, I find them sitting." In the weekly magazine directed by Angelo Ascoli he opens the drawer of his dreams: «My dream would be to present "So you think you can dance": it is different from both Amici and Dancing with the Stars, part of which I was in Albania".

Maria De Filippi and De Martino

He calls himself a master. And so, years later, Stefano De Martino still calls him. "I met him in 2009 at Amici. I remember him as a born comedian, he never stopped. I am very happy for his success and for the trial that awaits him with Business Yours. However, even now I cannot call him by name. And yes, I even took him to Flyboard in Naples, a passion of mine". A passion for dance that didn't take him where he wanted. "Life is made up of meetings" and he was not as lucky as others. Fortunately, Maria De Filippi was in his life. "I ask her for advice - he tells Elvira Serra in Diva e Donna -, for example when I presented the Song Festival in Albania. I will always be grateful to her, above all, for appreciating my talent: nothing was given to me."

His children

At his side now is Lea, 8 years old. "At the moment she is my little assistant. She loves hip hop, but her dreams are constantly changing. And I don't put any pressure on her." And then there is Gabriel, who suffers from a severe disorder. "Eleven days after birth, he contracted meningitis. He needs a person to help him all the time. Now Antonio Tripodo is following it, with a truly surprising method: "Cuevas Medek Exercises". After only two sessions, Gabriel, when asked, is already able to hold his head straight.
