"Schools are open and fully functioning."

This was stated by the Minister of Education, Mirela Kumbaro, this morning, through a message from the offices of the Ministry of Education.

" Employees of the Ministry of Education have not stopped working for a single day, either physically or online, because some of the offices are damaged. During the weekend, we have been in constant communication with our education system so that the week can resume in all schools, where teachers, principals, security officers, social workers await you with open arms. We are all at the top of our duties. I want to express my deepest gratitude to all teachers for all the dedication and time given not only to the children, but also for communicating with parents ," said Kumbaro.

Meanwhile, Minister Mirela Kumbaro also had a message for parents: "Dear parents, trust your teachers. But especially talk to your children. Every hour that violence takes away from them, every minute that they see the vandalism that has been done to our city on social networks, are hours lost from their lives. Their time is for education. Schools are open and in full function ."

The Minister of Education also addressed the students, inviting them to dialogue: " Students, we have been in communication, also individually, throughout this year in this position where I am, and I want to guarantee you that the door of the Ministry is open, but also the heart of the employees of the Ministry of Education is open. Things are done with the heart and with the desire to move forward. I am ready at any moment to sit down together and improve everything that needs to be done . "
