Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has welcomed the "Kalush Orchestras" victory at Eurovision and promises that the day will come when this festival will be held in Mariupol.
"We will make sure that one day the concert, the participants and the guests are in Mariupol," he wrote shortly after Ukraine's victory at the festival.
"Our courage impresses the world, our music invades Europe. Next year, Ukraine will host Eurovision for the third time in history and I believe not for the last time," the Ukrainian president said.
"Kalush Orchestra" won Eurovision with the song "Stefania" thanks to the massive vote it received from the public.
