Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić continues to visit various parts of his country and threatens to take action to change the course of the Ibar River.
He told reporters that there was preliminary project documentation for this and that a group of experts would be formed next week to deal with the issue.
Vučić contemptuously mentioned the strong reactions from Albania, Kosovo, and Europe, not to take such action, as he claims that the change of the water route was requested by the municipality of Novi Pazar and several organizations from that city due to the construction of a small hydroelectric power plant.
"They probably start with themselves and think that someone is doing something against someone. I have no comment on the hypocrisy of the Europeans and everyone else. Nenad Rashkovic's back is Albin Kurti's face. He has never been interested in dialogue," Vučić said.
Rashkovic is a Kosovo Serb who claims to have been raped by Kosovo Police forces in the village of Dren in Zubin Potok.
Immediately after the case, the Serbian List and President Vučić launched a campaign of political exploitation, despite the fact that the authorities in Kosovo have launched an investigation into the case and have not yet reached any conclusions.
"I didn't see anything funny in this. I almost cried at one point when I met him, but when I saw how strong this man was, I was embarrassed, so I restrained myself and continued the conversation with him," Vučić said.
Vučić claimed that he had several broken ribs and other injuries to his body.
Meanwhile, the Serbian president continues another dispute, that with Montenegro, with the government responding to his accusations of "betrayal" by recognizing Kosovo.
According to the official statement, the leaders of the ruling party in Podgorica accuse Vučić of trying to export the internal crisis in Serbia to other countries in the region to create artificial tensions with various provocations.
