How will the hostage release process between Israel and Hamas develop?
The Israeli army yesterday provided more information about the process of releasing hostages held in the Gaza Strip.
According to the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), a list of the names of those expected to be released will be provided to Israel daily.
The Israeli military said the hostages would be taken "in the border area" and from there they would be taken to Hayerim Air Base in southern Israel.
Once released, they will be received by mental health specialists and undergo initial medical examinations, as well as be given phone numbers to contact their relatives.
From Hajerimi, the freed hostages will be sent to hospitals, where they will be reunited with their families. Elderly women will be transferred to a different hospital from young children.
All freed hostages are expected to remain under medical observation for at least two days.
