In addition to the Kosovo police and KFOR soldiers, media groups have often fallen prey to attacks by local Serbs during these three days of tension in the north of Kosovo.

This afternoon, teams of journalists who are reporting from the Municipality of Zveçan, were physically attacked by local Serbs after they tried to film the moment of the attack on the Kosovo Police vehicle.

In the video below, it can be seen that the protesters order not to shoot, thus going from behind and then attacking the RTV 21 journalist, Burim Zariq, in the stomach.

The images were published by the Association of Journalists of Kosovo and it expresses its concern with the images given in this video, and calls on your colleagues who are in these municipalities to be more careful when reporting.

AGK also calls on the competent bodies to take measures to secure the journalists who are in these municipalities.
