An Asiana Airlines plane landed safely in the South Korean city of Daegu after the plane's door was opened before it arrived at the airport, a company spokesman said.
The plane landed at Daegu Airport around 12:40 p.m., after departing an hour earlier from Jeju Island. No one was injured in the incident, but several passengers were taken to hospital, the company's spokesman said.
An Asiana Airlines spokesman said authorities are investigating how the door opened.
"Police are investigating the incident after a passenger, who was sitting near the emergency exit, said he touched the glove," the official said.
