USA/ Shooting in North Carolina, four police officers killed

Four police officers were killed and four others were injured after a shooting in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The incident happened in a residence in Charlotte, while officers during an operation arrested a person.

The chief of police, Johnny Jennings, expressed his shock at the serious incident.

Officers arrived at the scene to execute an arrest warrant for unlawful possession of a weapon against a convicted felon and targeted the individual with a rifle.

After neutralizing the attacker, the police entered the house, where, however, they were shot by another person.
