A teacher in Nebraska was found naked in a car with a teenage student.

The latter tried to escape when the police discovered them, but crashed into a car and later ran on foot.

Erin Ward, 45, was found Saturday with a 17-year-old student she had at an Omaha high school.

The New York Post  writes that police arrested the married teacher after receiving a call about a suspicious car parked on a street at 3:00 a.m.

Officers who responded to the scene found 2 people in the back seats.

At this moment, the teenager panicked and went to the driver's seat to give the car.

Two blocks away he crashed the vehicle and then fled on foot.

Ward remained at the scene getting dressed, she admitted to having had sex with the boy. The 45-year-old woman said she was a substitute teacher at the school where it was later identified that the 17-year-old also studied.

The latter was found hiding in a yard wearing underwear and only a T-shirt.

The car they were in belonged to the teacher and her husband. The 45-year-old woman was accused of sexual abuse against a school student.
