'Crack' in the Serbian Parliament: Smoke bombs and chaos in the hall!
Parliament of Serbia

An incident occurred on Tuesday in the Serbian Parliament , when opposition MPs stood up from their seats and set off fireworks in the hall.

This came to pass after the ruling coalition MPs approved the agenda, which the opposition opposed.

Opposition MPs approached the speaker's desk, activated red and black smoke bombs, and unfurled a banner that read, " Serbia is rising to overthrow the regime ."

Smoke from pyrotechnics can even be smelled in the corridors of the assembly.

The government previously approved the agenda with 62 points, which also includes amendments to the Law on Higher Education.

The latter are a demand of students who have been protesting in Serbia since the deadly collapse of a shelter at the Novi Sad Railway Station on November 1 last year./ REL
