10:00 was the time when Prime Minister Albin Kurti was supposed to appear before the Special Prosecution Office to testify on the state reserves issue. But he has not done so.

The Basic Court in Pristina has ordered Kurti to appear as a witness on Tuesday (February 4) at 10:00, but Kurti, according to the agenda of the Prime Minister's Office, will participate in the laying of the foundation stone of the new kindergarten in Gjilan at this time.

"The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, the Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Arbërie Nagavci and the Mayor of Gjilan, Alban Hyseni, will lay the foundation stone of the new kindergarten in Gjilan. The laying of the foundation stone will take place tomorrow, March 4, 2025, at 10:00, in the "Livadhet e Arapit" neighborhood in Gjilan," the MEST announcement states.

The Prime Minister's Office has said that Kurti is willing to testify, but not at the Prosecutor's Office. He had invited the prosecutors to his office, with the justification that his predecessors were also interviewed in this manner.

The December summons for Kurti to appear at the Prosecutor's Office stated that if he refuses to give evidence without legal justification, he could be fined, and if he refuses to appear even after being fined, he could be detained.
