Clashes in the Greek parliament

An unprecedented episode happened on Tuesday between two Greek MPs in the Assembly. The independent MP Konstantinos Floros has punched the MP of the Hellenic Solution, Vasilis Grammenos.

After the attack, Grammenos was given first aid. According to Greek media, Floros allegedly tried to justify his action by saying that he insulted her vulgarly.

The unprecedented event happened while the plenary session was debating the removal of the immunity of the president of the Hellenic Solution Kyriakos Velopoulos, after a lawsuit filed against him by the father of Konstantinos Floros.
