Israel reveals 33 hostages to be released in first phase of ceasefire

The Israeli state's social media account "X" has shared an image of the 33 hostages who will be released in the first phase of the ceasefire agreement.

Among the hostages taken in the attack on October 7, 2023, there were also minor children.

Today in Gaza was supposed to begin with the implementation of the ceasefire pact between Israel and Hamas, but the latter's failure to hand over the list of names of the hostages who would be released today caused Israeli forces to continue their action.

Hamas attributed this failure to a technical problem on the ground, while just moments ago it managed to publish the list of names of the first 3 hostages who will gain freedom.

Meanwhile, the parties are expected to return to the initial ceasefire pact, after an Israeli official confirmed to Reuters that Israel has received the names of the hostages who will be released today.
