"They can hit up to 100 km away" - North Korea unveils missiles guided

North Korea has conducted a new series of military tests involving tactical ballistic missiles, long-range artillery systems and artificial intelligence-guided cruise missiles, under the supervision of leader Kim Jong Un.

The news was made public by the North Korean state agency KCNA, which said the tests were aimed at evaluating the combat performance of new weapons systems designed for modern warfare.

According to the report, the exercises included testing a "special mission warhead" mounted on tactical ballistic missiles, verifying the reliability of long-range multiple launch rocket systems, and the accuracy of artificial intelligence-assisted tactical cruise missiles.

KCNA reported that the tests were also aimed at verifying automated launch systems, modernized to improve battlefield responsiveness and operational effectiveness.

Kim Jong Un declared that the exercises showed that North Korea's weapons systems have been successfully modernized "to adapt to the conditions of modern warfare and increase their use in battle," state media reported.

According to Pyongyang's claims, the new missiles are equipped with precision navigation and guidance systems based on artificial intelligence, capable of hitting targets up to 100 kilometers away.
