The Kosovo Security Council held a meeting called by Prime Minister Albin Kurti last night.

The Office of the Prime Minister of Kosovo announces that the topic of discussion was Iran's attack on Israel and the implications of this act for global and regional peace and security.

"Last night, at the invitation of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, the Security Council of Kosovo met. The central theme was Iran's attack on the State of Israel, and the potential implications for global and regional peace and security. The Government of the Republic of Kosovo had immediately condemned Iran's attack on Israel, describing it as an unprecedented act that poses a risk for the destabilization of the Middle East and the further escalation of the security situation," the announcement states.

The government says that the Iranian attack was carried out with drones that Serbia also possesses. The announcement says that the institutions of Kosovo are following the latest developments with increased attention and are constantly monitoring the security situation in cooperation with KFOR and partners.
