The first round of talks between the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti and the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vucic, has ended.
The meeting was held with the mediation of the High Representative of the European Union, Josep Borrell and the special envoy for the dialogue, Miroslav Lajçak.
The United States envoy for the Western Balkans, Gabriel Escobar, has also arrived at the EU building where the dialogue is taking place.
Although the American side does not participate in the dialogue, it fully supports the efforts of the European Union in the process of normalizing relations between Serbia and Kosovo.
But the attention of the meeting was taken by the large amount of Coca Cola brand drinks and hamburgers on the negotiation table between the parties.
"Fake dialogue with fake drinks", "EU should open a fast food chain" were among the comments that immediately flooded social networks.

Even the European Union seems to have been unprepared for this return of dialogue, as it had left the data on the leaders unupdated. The audiovisual service "EBS" in the announcements for the live broadcasts, named Albin Kurti as the leader of the opposition in Kosovo.

So, Serbian media have commented on the body language of the participants. "Kurti calm and smiling, while Vučić is like at a funeral", was the headline of Klix media.
Yesterday, Kurti and Vucic had separate meetings in Brussels with the Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg.
At the press conference, Kurti stated that he will not withdraw from reciprocity, while Stoltenberg declared after the meeting with Vucic, that KFOR is ready to intervene if the security in the north of Kosovo is endangered.
