The streets of the American city of Portland are filled with drug addicts as authorities decide to legalize the use of hard drugs, leading to a significant increase in overdose deaths.
Police say the streets are filled with homeless people selling and buying drugs openly, while narcotics users continue to rise significantly, reports Fox News.
The photos posted online reveal the extremely serious situation in the city of the state of Oregon. Since 2021, overdose deaths have increased by 41 percent.
These scenes come 16 months after the vote to decriminalize hard drugs in the Democrat-led state. Oregon was the first state in America to decriminalize possession of heroin, methamphetamine, LSD, oxycodone, and other drugs for personal use.
