Journalist Alberti Limani has reacted through a Facebook status regarding an incident that, according to him, occurred during the celebrations for Albania's appearance at Eurovision at the Media Center in Vienna.
According to Limani, while he was celebrating with other colleagues, a woman from the Serbian delegation approached him and tried to remove the Kosovo flag, claiming that "this flag is not allowed here."
The journalist writes that the woman tried to touch the flag, but he did not allow her and she immediately left.
In his public reaction, Limani stressed that the Kosovo flag "will be flown and allowed everywhere," adding that he and his colleagues will defend it "at all costs."
"While we were celebrating Albania's appearance at Eurovision with other colleagues at the Media Center in Vienna, a woman from the Serbian delegation came and tried to take away the Kosovo flag from us, telling us that "this flag is not allowed here."
Of course, she tried to touch it, but I didn't let her and she turned away.
"The flag of Kosovo will fly and be allowed everywhere, and we will protect it at all costs," Limani writes.
