Who is the Russian "genius" who can change the course of the war?

He is the biggest general in the rank, after Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, and has decided to take over the strategy of the Russian attack on Ukraine.

Valery Gerasimov is seen as an authority in the field of military doctrine, and not just in Russia. He is hailed as the father of hybrid war theory, combining different elements during a military campaign. Not just weapons, but technological, diplomatic, economic and especially media attacks.

It was February 2013 when the general published an article that marked a new era in Russia's approach to war.
In about 2,000 words, Gerasimov explained that "the laws of war have changed. "The role of non-military means to achieve strategic objectives has increased, and in some cases has even surpassed the military element." But in recent days, the strategist general has been seen alongside other officials in the Ukrainian city of Izyum, 50,000 inhabitants between Karkiv and Donetsk.

Dvornikov kishte marrë drejtimin e operacioneve më pak se një muaj më parë, por burime thonë se Putin nuk eshte i kënaqur me ecurinë e fushatës,  fitoret ruse janë me pikatore, ndërkohë mjetet ruse shkatërrohen çdo ditë në fushëbetejë.

Gerasimov's introduction of the army to the front line shows that Russian President Vladimir Putin has a very important concrete result that can be shown to the people during the celebrations for the victory over Nazi-Fascism, on May 9.
