The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has revealed new details from behind the scenes of the tripartite meeting in Ohrid with the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic under the direction of two EU representatives, Joseph Borrell and Miroslav Lajcak.
In a post on Twitter, Kurti writes that Vucic has rejected his offer for "self-management" of the Kosovo Serbs after refusing to sign the February 27 Agreement in Brussels and before rejecting the plan proposed in Ohrid.
"After refusing to sign the February 27 Agreement and before again refusing to sign the March 18 Annex, the president of Serbia rejected my generous offer of self-management for Kosovo Serbs in an association that I would design and propose. Is he Dr. No or Mr. Node? We know that he is not a doctor", writes Kurti.
On Saturday, the head of foreign policy of the European Union, Josep Borrell, said that the leaders of Kosovo and Serbia agreed on the implementation of the Agreement towards the normalization of relations between them, supported by the EU.
