Kosovo's Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, has published a reaction on the social network Facebook, expressing full support for the operation led by the United States of America in Venezuela, under the direction of President Donald Trump.

According to Kurti, holding state actors involved in drug trafficking accountable is essential for the success of the fight against this phenomenon. The Prime Minister emphasized that Kosovo, as a strategic ally of the US and NATO, offers full support in the fight against narcotics and any attempt to undermine Western democratic values.

In response, Kurti reiterated the need for increased attention to regional actors who, according to him, aim to provoke the security situation through hybrid, criminal, terrorist and military actions, drawing parallels with the security challenges in our region.

"The Republic of Kosovo supports the United States anti-narcotics operation, led by President Donald Trump, in Venezuela. Holding state actors involved in drug trafficking accountable is essential for success in the fight against this phenomenon."

Kosovo, as a strategic ally of the US and NATO, offers full support in the fight against drug trafficking and against the violation of Western democratic values ​​by proxy actors of opponents of these values, both in our region and beyond.

"In this context, we reiterate the need to increase attention to certain regional actors, who continuously aim to provoke the security situation through hybrid, criminal, terrorist and military actions ," Kurti wrote on Facebook.
