The Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, has arrived in Albanian territory with a military helicopter. The helicopter landed around 09:30 at the sports field in Himare.

The head of the Greek government was accompanied by the well-known weightlifter Pirro Dhima, while he was received by several young people with bunches of flowers.

"I will speak in a little while, I am happy to be here", the Greek Prime Minister said briefly to the journalists.

Then Mitsotakis was accompanied by the head of PBDNJ, Vangjel Dule and the head of Omonia, Fredi Beleri. Mitsotakis is expected to make a series of visits to the areas in the south of Albania, where the Greek minority is also settled.
