Relations between two world leaders, Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, do not seem to be at their best, but this does not apply to their state officials.

Recently, Republican Anna Polina Luna met with Putin's right-hand man, Kirill Dmitriev, to further discuss the situation in Ukraine.

Flowers, chocolates, and a message from Vladimir Putin were delivered to Anna Polina by Dmitriev during the meeting.

Kirill Dmitriev is Russia's chief economic negotiator in the US, while Anna Polina Luna is known as an ardent supporter of the MAGA movement and an opponent of continuing economic aid to Ukraine.

During the meeting, Dmitriev sharply criticized claims that the US-Russia dialogue is on the verge of collapse, while during an interview he said that talks with the parties are continuing to encourage parliamentary dialogue.
