A few days ago, Italy recorded the best news it could receive in years in its fight against organized crime, after 30 years Matteo Messina Denaro was captured.

But, the latter has often been appealed to repent for all that he has done and speak. One of them was Alessia Randazzo, head of the "La Maddalena" clinic in Palermo, where the boss was being treated for cancer.

On Facebook, the woman addressed the former super fugitive, calling him by the name he used when he went to the cancer hospital:
