Elon Musk: We will provide internet to organizations in Gaza

Elon Musk

U.S. entrepreneur Elon Musk said today that his company's SpaceX Starlink satellite system will provide an internet connection to "internationally recognized aid organizations" working in Gaza.

In a post on Platform X, Musk clarified that it was unclear who controls the Internet in Gaza, but "we know that no terminals have sought connection in this area."

The phone and internet blackout isolated Gaza Strip residents from the rest of the world and from each other.

It is impossible to call relatives, call ambulances or consult partners in this enclave as Israel has expanded its air and ground operations.
