The State Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo has called to interrogate the deputy of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Mërgim Lushtaku.

Lushtaku went to Kurt and splashed him with water. That was enough for the situation to degrade into physical violence.

Lushtaku has declared that he will sue Hekuran Murat, Albulena Haxhiu and Besnik Bislimi, as he claims that they were the ones who attacked him first.

After the incident, the deputy of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Tinka Kurti, claimed that Lushtaku was cursed by her mother.
